Baseball Without Borders

The Eastern Canadian Premier League (ECPL) is an amateur elite level baseball organization based in Central Ontario, Canada. The league consists of three age divisions of players, called members, that want to play beyond their borders at the highest levels available to them. Many of the playing members have goals to move to the next level of competitive baseball - US College or Professional Baseball.

The ECPL has a very unique format, offering and competitive schedule. We offer:

A fully balanced league schedule, where every team must play the required amount of games regardless of weather, season standings or other factors. It is a league standard.
We play 7-inning Double Headers each weekend so the players can concentrate on school work during the week.
We have an inter-locking schedule with the USA in the summer against teams from the Western New York Boys of Summer and Travel League - called Non-Conference games
We have Highly Skilled Coaching Staffs with Major League, College and University experience
League Championships that crown a Canadian Champion in all three age divisions
Organized fall baseball with many member teams practicing all winter as well
No player releases required or geographical restictions

The proof is in the pudding, so to speak. To date ECPL Member teams have assisted in sending an astonishing 750+ players onto to College or Professional baseball careers.

The ECPL is proud of its young heritage, but really many of the ECPL Member Teams have been in operation for a long time. The ECPL is a place where these teams meet to compete, exchange best practices and send players to the next level. This is why our tag line is...
